Hi,
I've just purchase Calendar Planner and it's all working great out of the box.
Just a couple of initial questions. For the website I am putting your calendar on, I'm thinking it would be good to be able to set multiple alerts. eg for 2 days before and then 1 day before, can this function be added?
Secondly, when an alert is emailed is it sent to everybody who is registered on the site? Is it possible to set it so it will only go to certain usergroups?

multiple alerts cannot be set, not with the current version. this would require some custom coding work.
the alert is sent to the person who setted it. everyone can set it's own alert in each event.
