OS Membership conflict issue

Seems there is a conflict with membership Pro - When I try and create a membership plan I get the error message as below. Obviously this is an urgent issue so would appreciate an early response:

OOPS!
0 - Attempt to assign property "variable_comissions" on null

    Hi, looking at historic posts I have a feeling that there is a persistent problem with compatibility with OS Membership Pro. If thats correct the extension isnt going to work for me as my site uses OSMPro for its members and I only purchased as its advertised as compatible with Membership Pro. Can you confirm if you can help or let me know the refund process please. Any help appreciated. Many thanks, Ben

    I have issued a charge back refund via card provider as it seems OS Membership is not compatible and support are unwilling/unable to respond/fix this issue. I would suggest removing the OS Membership from your list of compatible extensions as it's clearly not working and just a waste of customers time for OS membership users as a referral system.

    I also have the same situation, I use Memebrship Pro and I bought Affiliate Tracker, is that a bad idea? Did you manage to solve it somehow, what add-on are you using?

    Hi Nabis,

    Nope.... you wont get a response from support on this either. I cant say exactly why, but in general support seems to have vanished for this product. I got some help downloading, but the moment there was a problem no response at all. It's a shame as I had it working on an old Joomla 2.5 site. I purchased the new version of AT as it was supposed to be compatible with J5 and OS Membership...but OS membership just throws up error messages after someone subscribes.

    Another user going back several months has the same error message and was also ignored. There no official ticketing system so this form is all you get...such a shame but Im guessing the owner has given up or similar

    If they resolve it I will purchase again, but until then I cant use as it breaks my sites main membership usage. If you have no luck with response then all you can do is issue a chargeback through your card provider

    If you get a result please post in here as I would still be interested in the product if they.you sort it out

    You'll have to go to the credit card provider I think.

    I dont know the process through this site, but as you can see from my posts here you are unlikely to get a response on this. You should be covered by the credit card company for goods not as described or similar.

    I did it through Paypal and the refund request still gave the developer 14 days to resolve and I still didnt get any contact from them. I did get the refund though (Which I will happily re-buy the product with if they resolve the issue...but no sign of this)

    Ok thanks for the information, in that case I will have to call the bank, I used their services before when I had joomla 3 and everything was ok, now I have version 5 and there are no many extensions and no support, worst of all and they still have the products available for purchase without information that there are problems

    I św your refund request post - maybe give it a couple of days to see if they respond. Your card claim will have more weight if youve offered them the opportunity to sort it out, as its fair on everyone
