Calendar is blank

Hello. I installed the component but the calendar is blank in the month view. Why is that? http://ranesol.qdsjamaica.com/index.php/calendar/month

    The dates appear when the navigation arrows are clicked. However, the events for today do not load.

    this is quite strange. looks like there's some javascript failure.
