Done, update to 2.1.5. Downloaded the entire lot and reinstalled all the relevant ones too.

Positively still not working. You guys tested this yet?

The attachment shows the new affiliates who landed on the page using an affiliate link. There on the page they registered using your Affiliate New Account Form. The second show all my Affiliate Tracker plugins, all of which have been downloaded from the most recent ones on your website.

I'm positive our system works OK, but in your case, at this point, looks like "nothing is working"...
You have opened many threads in this forum indicating that basically nothing is working. This is obviously not normal.

if you want to send me an email to support@ joomlthat.com with Joomla and FTP access, and if you can a list of all the specific things not working (or "apparently" not working), I'll take a look.

Also it's important to separate "things not working" and "wish list for new features"

I have a simular issue. A am new to joomlathat. Just installed latest version of affiliate tracker on Joomla 3.7.2.

When I visit the affiliate link of user1 via second browser, I can see the atid coockie.
Next I register a user2. In backoffice I can see a new user created and a new account created in Affiliate tracker.
But the new account does not have affiliate parent.

Note: At this point there was no conversion yet. I only want the user registration to also register the affiliate parent.

Please advise

Any resolution to this problem? My clients have been waiting since June 1st and its now June 12th. I just tested again and its the same.

I have sent you and email with admin access credentials as well as ftp to our website 3 days ago. Hope you can solve the problems noted here soon.
