I have more than 400000 records and in the administrator the error 500 component, how can I solve it?

    Hi @germi# we have renewed our subscription and installed 2.0.0_3 release and the problem persists. Can you please fix this? Our site runs on a huge content database which generates thousands of entries in your contentstats table and it definitely needs a better performance.

    Hi Germinal,
    administrator access to the component will be enough? Getting into the component configuration will just give you a white page so I don't think that will be very useful. What do you need?

      in that case, what would be ideal would be FTP and phpMyAdmin access as well.. can you provide that?

    Sorry for the delay, we had to deal with some internal issues and I had to put this aside.

    I can provide FTP and DB access to a site in staging in the same server. How can I send you the credentials?
