I can't seem to find anything here on the forum about this, but what are the recommended steps to upgrade from Professional 2.0 to 2.1?

just go to DOWNLOADS area, UPDATES section, and download your upgrade package, and just install it through the joomla installer. you'll need to upgrade the JWplayer too. (on the PLUGINS section)
