Problem with Discog images

The Discog integration is working great, expect the images. MC is successfully creating the image files in the album directory but they are 0kb in size and don't contain anything.

How can i make this work?

Im using the latest version of MC and Joomla 2.5.4, all the image directories are created and have writing permissions.

    does this happen ALWAYS? or only with some images?

    It has been an problem with all albums i have tried so far.
