Hi there,
First of all I wanna congratulate about version 2.0. New features are very good. But I have a simple but effective problem.
I tried to test Music Collection 2.0 at my test site. Upgraded my 1.5.1 to 2.0, upgraded jwplayer too. But Im having problems with showing main page of MC, which is Artists Default Layout. I thought its because of JoomSef but I closed my sef option from Global Configuration, didnt effect anything at all. So its not that I guess. Then I thought if theres a problem with creating menu items, but I can actually create other menu items properly, only main page of it cant bee seen properly, other whole features are working. I dont know why.
My main MC page looks like the one below now, just like a simple listed html page. Actually when I clicked one of the letters such as G it showed my artists lists properly with whole joomla template and what, but this main page of MC failed to be seen properly.
http://www.sonsuzsanat.com/muzik/index.php?option=com_muscol&view=artists&layout=detailed&Itemid=108
But my other pages, for example artist view are normal, like below. Theres no modifications since its 1.5.1 installation, and my template was supporting it very well. But I dont think its about template either.

Basically I'm trying to show my Artists (Default) view, it was working with 1.5.1, after updating its gone. I didn't change anything of MC since I install it. So it should have gone easily without any problems, but I think today is not my lucky day Do you have any idea about this or do you suggest a new installation?

0Actually I found the source of the problem. Its Album Search Form and Song Search Form.
When from Paramaters I selected not to show Album Search Form and Song Search Form it started to show artists list and A-Z menu. I changed it to the previous errored view, so Germi you can see the exact view I see, when I turn on the Search forms. -

0Actually I didn't change any codes of MC 1.5.1 before. Just installed it and added Turkish language file that I prepared for it. It was working really well till the update. I didn't have to change A-Z according to my language, coz I'm adding foreign classical music composers to my MC. But when I updated MC to 2.0 those search forms begin to give me that white page. I deleted my language file just in case but it's same. So it's not about language files.
Besides I can prevent that page looks like that but I can't use search form. (I need to turn of album and song search forms for that) So it's not updated properly or something is missing, I wanna use whole features of my product naturally I don't wanna turn off some features after every update That's why I need to solve this. Please help.
PS: I need to mention that I'm not using any uploaded mp3s as songs. Just adding my song names of the album. I will use MC for reviewing not having ppl download songs. I saw a songs scanning feature today. Can this search form problem because of that? -

0I saw my Error displaying was at default. I selected maximum and others but it didn't show any errors. But I remember I saw a similar "for each" error when I first saw this white page.
I will install joomla again tonight, because of other reasons. I will let you know when I installed MS again. Thanks for quick reply Germi. -

0hello
this are just notices  I told you before to make the error_reporting visible, but now that we solved the problem, you can turn it OFF again
these are not errors at all, just notices. it does not crash. this kind of notices are typical in joomla, but not much important
just turn error_reporting OFF (or to minimum possible) -
