HELP!!! Problem URL Rewriting!

Hi,
I buy the component yesterday and I can not get it to work with url rewriting.
when I turn on sh404sef it gives it:
http://www.mysite.com/?layout=detailed with error 500

I need use url rewriting is important for us, our website is popular we can not put the site offline, to test we have add an item to music collection with super admin access so thank's for contacting if you want test.

Can you help us to more quickly please ?
