Hello Germi, I need to ask if there is the possibility to choose to leave users who upload their music whether to allow the download of a particular album or song they own. It can be done?

    hmmm. no, not out of the box. if I understand correctly, for this you would need a new "permission" field to allow (or not) the download, on a INDIVIDUAL level (not global)...
