Create a new artist.

Does not display page creating a new artist. The user is authorized. In what may be the problem?

And this problem appeared on the new site. I found your music collection from start to update it to version 2.1.0

    I tried to change the individual parameters, but the picture remained the same. When trying to create a new actor takes off this image.

    is it possible that it has something to do with the replacement of the files? have you tried AFTER restoring the files?

    No. In this example I talking about a completely new site. I put music collection on the new site. Nothing anywhere else is not changed.
