Hi,
I have installed and configured Music Collection (the latest version and i use joomla 3.2). Everything works just fine except the player module, when i add songs to my playlist i get this error "Task Queue failed at step 5: Playlist could not be loaded: HTTP Status 500; Internal Server Error." I have searched for an answer in this forum, and tried all the suggested solutions, but nothing seems to fix this.
My site is local installed at my computer, so i can't give you any access to it yet.
Hope you could help me with this asap, seems to be a common error.

0can you try installing the latest version of our system plugin and the jw player plugin (released today!)
I'm asuming that if you're in localhost, the site is installed on a subfolder. the new system plugin will allow you to define the path the subfolder (for example... "/testsite" or whatever it is) and solve the issue. -

0Well i have to reconsider this, now the playlist works in the popup, but the module shows up blank when i hit the add button. All songs that i add to the playlist is added but only shows up in the popup player

0when I'm not using the popup mode the playlist is still empty, until i press show in popup. So it works within the popup but not at the site as module-

that's very strange. can you take a look at thr browser's javascript console and see if there is some error in it?

0Nope, same result. When i first open the page, the playlist module works. If i press open in popup, it works like it should. If i then try to restore the player it gets blank, even if i refresh the page it won't show up in the module any more. The only thing that helps is if i kill all the cookies in the browser. I have now tried it in Safari, FF, Chrome and IE, all with the same result.
Im uploading the site right now to my web server. If you want to, i can send over my FTP details. Just tell me were to send it.-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agoI'm almost sure this is related to the site being in a subfolder.. but I fail to see what could we be missing. if you can upload it that will be great.

0Don't know if you want me to create a separate thread for this issue, cos its kind of OT, but the easy social app won't work ether, installed, published and configured, but the app won't show up in users profiles and not in the activity stream.-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agoyes, better create a new thread, or email me the issue directly if you want. Remember that the user has to "install" the app if they want to use it..
