I need help pretty quickly!! I've set up my whole site based on utilizing the Playlists feature to list the "currents songs" our team is working on - and I can't ADD songs to it!! I'm assuming this is supposed to work by making the playlist I want to add to the "current" playlist - right? Well, when I click on that button, I see a javascript link being "called" - but nothing happens. If I then go back to the Playlists main menu item page - the On-the-Go playlist is still the current one
This isn't gonna work!! I can't recreate my whole playlist every time I need to add a song or two! I sure hope you can help me! I also still can't save the song "order" within a playlist - which also uses javascript. I'm thinking something's not working with the javascript properly...
I'm guessing that all this is due to me having to use the JW Player from 8-23-11 instead of version 2.1.1 - but 2.1.1 will not work on my site for some reason - I get the message:
Player goes in this paragraph
(or something like that)
Can you help me?!! If you need to see the site, it's at:

If you need back-end login info, let me know how to email that to you

0Still can't get this to work! I've tried 3 different browsers on my Mac - Firefox, Safari, and Chrome - and none will change the current playlist to the one I pick - therefore, I can't add to my existing playlists but have to create them all over from scratch every time I want to add 1 song!!
Please help!! -

0jacki!!
sorry for the delay. it's not only you, there is a small bug that I just found out. actually, there is another thread we are discussing and it's about the same problem. I'm waiting on confirmation from 2 users on that other thread to tell me if it works now. when they confirm, I'll make a new package so you can download and fix the problem..
sorry for the inconvenice! now that the problem is found, we're very close to put the "SOLVED" tag on this thread -

0hello Jacki,
not yet, but I feel I'm very close to a final solution. I've tried several things and I made a lot of improvements, but still a little bit to have it working perfect.
you can follow the discussion here: http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/en/forum/music-collection-extensions/jwplayer-task-queue-failed-at-step-5-4.html#12788 -

0@bootyksh have you tried this? :
1) download and install plg_jwplayer_2.2.2 (uninstall previous version first) *
2) download and install mod_muscol_jwplayer_2.2.2 (uninstall previous version first) *
3) download com_muscol_2.2.0. in order to avoid uninstalling and reinstalling, you can just unzip the file locally and just upload to your site the following two files:
- site/muscol.php TO /components/com_muscol/
- site/controller.php TO /components/com_muscol/
* if you want to avoid uninstalling/reinstall in order to not loose all the preferences saved, you can just unzip these files LOCALLY and upload the files in it manually to your server
let me know! -

:S :S :S really..? with the new version..!? this should be solved! it was the first think I fixed... :S
do I still have access to your site?
You should - it's the same as it was - let me know if you need it again

I downloaded all the new files and did this:
"* if you want to avoid uninstalling/reinstall in order to not loose all the preferences saved, you can just unzip these files LOCALLY and upload the files in it manually to your server"
instead of uninstalling because I didn't want to lose everything! I didn't do the mod-player because I'm not using that anyway - only using the plugin. -

0Hello,
I think I have also above problem.
I have done all the instruction above, and now when I add a song to current playlist, number of items does increase, below image
But I have some fundamental questions
I done know where a user can create a playlist?
I dont know where a user can access his/her playlist? In above page, if as a user I click on the playlist, it takes me to the same page (no list of songs)
Should I expect to have the user playlists in CB profile tab?
Would appreciate if you could help. Thank you. -
