For some reason, artist page is not displaying correctly as do other artist pages. The albums list comes blank (but shows album count) and songs show (but unable to play).

Hello
the problem you are having is a SEF problem caused by JoomSEF. check the attached screenshot.
in that specific artist page, there were multiple URLs poiting to the same page. I just deleted the additional ones and now the page displays correctly:
https://www.sikhroots.com/audio-mp3/g/bhai-gagandeep-singh
you will need to do the same with any artist page that has the same problem.
