Play icon button not showing , I have e-mailed you

Hello,

I have done the forum search and i have e-mailed you as well. The play button ( icon ) doesn't show up so I can't play the songs I have downloaded.I have installed the dewplayer and I have followed all instructions, as I said before I have e-mailed you my website to look at please help I love this component.
