Hello,
Yesterday we opened our website for public visiting.
And on social media (Line Official Account) we send message to 140K person.
After this message, our website can't open.
I think too many person want to visit our website and something going to bad for our website performance.
How can resolve this problem?
Because we need to send message sometimes too 150K - 300K person some social media accounts. So when they will see message their phone screen they should click and visit our website.
This is very important for us, if we can not use our website like that, we have change joomla and this extension with the other solution. Or we have to close our website
So please help us.
Thank you.

0Hello!
Dedicated server sounds good.
But any performance problem you may have is not related to Music Collection, it's just about the server, the bandwidth and the connections you may have. There's nothing I can help you with, it does not depend on Music Collection... do you understand what I mean?
Only thing in Music Collection that can improve performance (actually I recommend it to you if you have many visitors) is to DISABLE the statistics inside music collection (you can do it on the OPTIONS). that could help with performance. but besides of that I don't know what else you can do...
if you need help disabling the stats, let me know. -

0Hello again, yes thank you for advice, I made that changes.
Now I chatted with the my hosting company and they told me "Now 300 visitor on your website and they are downloading file"
I think it is too big for bandwidth ussage, right? Because my server internet data speed is 100 Mbt/Second
So I think I should move mp3 and klips from my server to cloud server. But which one? Google Drive? Dropbox? Amazon S3 or another one?
Which one I should use and how can I show this could server's link on my website's songs or clips?
Where should I add that links on back-end?
I know Google Drive, Google use connection limit control. So if I will use GDrive for songs and clips sharing, if many visitor listen or start to download maybe Google blocked their connection a couple of minutes or hours.
I mean which Cloud Drive give us unlimited connection and /playing&downloading song&clips?
My second quesiton is:
When I search performance tricks on this forum I saw some entry and you suggesting some indexing on some table, should we do that?
If yes, how and which? How can we control our database + website admin panel configuration for optimum performance?
If I will give you my all admin user and password details, can we do it together with you?
Thank you -

0hello
if you want to use external links, make sure that they are external links you can point to directly, and they are OPEN. the way to point to them is simply add the URL in each song (instead of the filename, you input the full external URL, very easy)
I really cannot recommend any external service, it's not our field of expertise. I'm aware a lot of people use Amazon S3 so I imagine it must offer a pretty good system.
about the indexing of tables: you don't need to do that, it's already done in the extension (the post you saw was probably quite old)
