Problem with jwplayer doesn't work

Hi,
I installed the musiccollection with jwplayer but it doesn't work when there isn't first track with mp3.
For example, with a youtube link, the player doesn't work.

Thanks for you help ! It's very urgent

      hello. I see the post, but your subscription is long expired. You need an active subscription to get technical support. You've had Music Collection for a long time... the jw player just stopped working?
