New Album question

I've notice in the new album section where it says artist it ask if you wanna pick an artist or create.

I don't want this allowed that would mean people would be able to upload songs to other people's albums. I just want you to create albums for yourself no one else.

    no, that's not true. users cannot add songs to another user's album in any case.
