My current site's content is in the following structure:
Albums
- Album Name
- Year
- Company
- Songs Number
- Cover
Songs
- Song Name
- Link (from my 2nd server)
-- Lyrics
-- Lyrics by
-- Video Clip Link (from my 2nd server) and/or from YouTube
-- Model Name
-- Director
1- Will the "Music Collection Professional" work or I need a customisation?
2- Can I open the listen and download for all visitors?
3- Can the system calculate the fine length and display it instead of me entering the value?
4- Can I add/delete fields myself?

Albums: all OK.
Songs: "lyrics by", "director" and "model name" not available (need to be added as custom...). however, these look like free fields.. you could just use the free "review" field to enter all that info! so you don't really need customization very much.
video clip link: OK, but only Youtube videos (no external server)
all the rest OK.
2 - yes you can
3 - no, sorry, the current system can't do this.
4 - well.. you can edit field names (no problem) but adding is more difficult...you can't, unless you know Joomla programming quite well..
