in the module, the settings is also the same picture size?

In the module? In the module there isn't a place to change anything in regards to the thumbnail in the component there is a place to input thumbnail sizes...and they are not the same size. Ironic thing is that when i use my ruler tool to measure the thumbnail it is a size that isn't in the component. I've attached images of both

on the albums module there's a place for setting "thumbnail width".. it's like you can't see it?

where did you download the albums module you're using? please be sure to be using the ALBUMS module you can download in your DOwnloads area..
it looks like the version you're using is not the latest (you're using the mod_muscol_featured_albums, but this module has been replaced by mod_muscol_albums which is the one you should be using..)
