Task Queue failed at step 5

Hi,

JW Player and Restore player shows Task Queue failed error. Nothing shows up. What is the fix? I have installed latest version on joomla 1.7

    sorry I forgot to answer.
    I see the error. it's really strange, it's a SEF thing, but I'm surprised you're getting it, this shouldn't happen with the last version...

    if you can give me FTP access I'll try to fix it by code on the player.
