I had some serious issues with my host because of CPU usage. Now I'm trying to set some limits on how long users can listen to songs.
Is there a third-party plugin that I can use to force users to register after a certain amount of time? Something that will either disable the audio player or make the pages accessible to registered users only.
Something similar to Pandora where after few minutes it asks you if you are still listening.
I'm open to any other suggestion.

0seems to me you need to
A) more your site to a new hosting company
or
B) do the smart thing and take your mp3s OFF The same domain as your website, and have them hosted on another server by themselves.
I built an online radio station years ago and the smartest thing i ever did was to make sure NONE of the music / mixes / audio was on the same server as the website.
