Purchase Downloads Extension ??

Are there any plans in the works to extend this component to enable purchasing digital music downloads ? That would be a wonderful extension which would help in launching the digital music store I am working on. Presently I am using this Maian Music component which works well but it would be nice to have all the music functionality in one component. Thanks.

    there are plans to add a field (in the albums and songs) in wich yo ucan add a link to a purchase page, but the purchase functionality itself will not be included.

    so you can have for instance the items to sell in Virtuemart, and then link to those from Music Collection

    Just checking on how long before the modification is made to add a field for linking to a purchase page. Would be very useful for me cause I can simply link to the "Maian Music" component which allows purchasing of downloads. Thanks.

    I dont know when next version will be released. I hope in a few weeks, but I can't say really.

    meanwhile, you could just add the link inside the review field... this can be a good (temporary) solution :)
