Hi,
I see that your playlist is working, but mine isn't, and I'm still getting 'Not Valid XML file'. Could you tell me the fix or do I need to download something. Thanks Germi.
My site is www.favouritechristiansongs.com

0is not about the playlist, is just that the XML file for the album is not being generated.
look:
http://www.favouritechristiansongs.com/index.php?option=com_muscol&view=album&id=16&format=feed&type=xspf
this should be a XML file.
please, tell me what files do you have inside the folder
/components/com_muscol/views/album/
I think there's some file missing
best,

0please look at this
http://www.favouritechristiansongs.com/index.php?option=com_muscol&view=album&id=16&format=feed&type=xspf
this should be an XML file, but its not.
look the source code. the reason it is not an XML is because of this two lines:
xml-stylesheet href="http://www.favouritechristiansongs.com/components/com_rsform/front.css" type="text/css"
xml-stylesheet href="http://www.favouritechristiansongs.com/components/com_rsform/calendar/calendar.css" type="text/css"
this two CSS files have to go OUT of there. it seems that is RS Form who is adding them. you have to find the place where these are added and make the system to NOT ADD this css files when it creates FEED files (XML) -

0hello flygirl
to be totally honest, I dont remember wich was your site (I have many requests), but I believe I couldn't access the FTP (I though I answered you by mail...)
ANYWAY, I've setted up an update for the JW Player module and also for the component itself that may solve your problem.
here's the component update:
http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/downloads/doc_details/43-component-upgrade-150-to-151.html?lang=en
and here's the module update
http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/downloads/doc_details/31-jw-player-module-for-music-collection-15.html?lang=en
(well, this one is not an update, you'll have to uninstall the previous version and install this new one)
and also the new plugin:
http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/downloads/doc_details/30-jw-player-plugin-for-music-collection-15.html?lang=en
(same as before)
I'm not 100% sure if the bug solved with this updates is what you needed, but just in case, try it. if it works, perfect.
if it is still not working, please SEND ME AGAIN your FTP data and I'll give it another try

0HI Germi,
I noticed something: when I login the green play button doesn't work and the player time set to 00:00 instead of the first song time and the page title is shown as "startsing – The home of online karaoke" which is the title I wrote in sh404sef homepage meta data.
But when I logout the home page tile changes to "search" which is the default menu item name, and the green play button works and the player time set to 04:17 which is the firs song time. So can you guess what is the problem? -

I guess it’s not about login, the I guess when I open cache in global configuration and load the home page some times the green player button works and the page title is “startsing –search” which is the default menu item title, but sometimes it doesn’t work and display page title “the home of online karaoke” which is the title in sh404sef homepage meta data. When I switched cache off in global configuration the green play button never works and the page title is “startsing – the home of online karaoke”
My site is www.startsing.com kindly check as I really don’t know what is going on -

0i removed the password now, i just had to make the site offline for 5 minutes, bad luck
anyway you can check now at any time, now i disable the cache in global setting i guess this will make the green player never work, just when you need me to enable the cache to let me know, i also may provide you with admin pass or ftp if you need.
Also i have a problem with the next button (pagination) in home page because of sh404sef, if you can check this issue at the same time.
when i remove the musicol sh404sef extension it works but i don't have sef url for all musicol it looks like this http://www.startsing.com/index.php/karaoke/m/32-metallica/11-metallica/24-nothing-else-matters.html
instead of http://www.startsing.com/index.php/karaoke/m/metallica/metallica/nothing-else-matters.html
i relay hate those numbers in the url.
