Hi again,
Is it possible to add mp3, videos to the player without using a playlist ?
The only way I found to add a video is :
- create a 'dummy' album/artist/song
- insert a youtube link in the appropriate field
- then add the video to a playlist
But how may I add my own internal videos (not youtube) directly to the player ?
or to a playlist ?
Thanls for your help ...
Best
Gino

0OK Germi,
I understand very well, You have the right to get vacations ... like anybody ... but again you should not be the ony person giving support, august or not ...
You shouldn't miss a question if having a technical support tracking system ...
OK I won't insist on that, I can't change it and I'm not using MC professionally ... but for a musical passion ...
We are a non commercial association and we bought this module for our future site ... believe me 100 euros is a lot, we have to entertain people with a funk music DJ for a whole night to get this amount ... So we cannot make mistakes for that kind of choice ... get it ?
I just want to make you think MC support is not sufficient and could be improved in your own interest ...
OK basta ! enough ! :side: as we say in France : nobody is expected to do the impossible ...
get back to our player ....
So the only way is with songs and playlists ?
Is there any possibility to load a playlist in the JW Player inside a joomla article ? (like the {showalbum] feature)
I found out MC is using the JWPlayer from Longtail, right ?
Is it exactly the same ? May I use embedding, skins, and all the pieces of code explained on their site or does MC use a restricted version ? -

0no, there's no plugin to load a playlist, althought this is something to consider. I'll try to build this.
yes, the JWplayer is exactly the same (well, ours is current versino 5.6 if I'm not mistaken). yes you can use skins and such on our player, no problem
have you received the email I just sent you a couple hours ago? to your hotmail account... -
