You could use tags for favorites, but they would not work for module position because "tags" is not currently a possible filter for the Albums module...

But I need many ways to display datas, not only one category , it can be tags or category no matter :

main category
favorites
best of users
best of redaction
for old
for young
for family
for girls

without it I cannot use your extension

I find a way to solve a part of my problem

I shall use types and format as categories , duplicate your mod_music_top_viewed module and change the SQL
I need critic of users AND press , I shall use 2 group of users for that , I shall modify your modules
