JW Player

We are having problems getting the JW Player to work on our site we have intalled the plug in and follow your directions and also looked at the support forums and it seams like is an issue can you please assist us with this problems since is one of the main reasons we purchased this module.. thank you

    the problem is not from jwplayer or music collection, the problem is caused by this error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDocumentFeed::countModules() in /home2/miedeen/public_html/plugins/system/jsntplframework/libraries/joomlashine/template/helper.php on line 473

    as you can see this error is created by that System plugin you have, "jsntplframework"

    it has nothing to do with music collection

    Hello Germinal Camps!
    The problem it keeps showing says this (in Spanish):

    Warning
    JInstaller: Install: XML setup file for Joomla hasn't been found

    So I see the problem actually is Joomla 3 is not supporting the file named mod_muscol_jwplayer.xml therefore it can´t be installed. I disabled the plugins you mention, tried activating a different template, but the problem persists.

    Please, we need to use the JW Player plugin ASAP.

    this makes no sense. where are you downloading the module? are you downloading in your "My Downloads" area? http://www.joomlathat.com/account/downloads

    Yes, of course. I have downloaded it from the download area. I have downloaded the three versions available.

    Please, I need to install it. We are using Joomla 3.1.5

    I have updated the JW player module and now is appearing and allowing me to add songs to the player but when I go to another page on the site the jwplayer gos away, how can it be left where music plays while I browse my site... www.miedeen.com

      you mean you want to mantain the playing? then you need to "popup" the player..
