sh404sef - j.1.7 - Track que failed at stop 5

When I have sh404sef enabled on J.1.7 I get an error on the jwplayer saying "Track que failed at stop 5: playlist could not be loaded"

Any ideas what to do to fix this?

    I had this issue if i enable the joomla cache plugin. Disable the plugin and disable cache also in the global configuration. That should work.
