Having trouble with uploads

I cannot upload the com_muscol_2.zip, i get the following message - "There was an error uploading this file to the server." I downloaded it and tried 3 times. The search Plugin and easy social tells me "cannot find xml setup file."

    what is the upload_max_filesize set on your PHP setting? please make sure it is at least 4M

    to change this value, it must be done on the php.ini file. do you have access to it?

    you can check the value on the joomla backend, if you go to system information, and check the PHP information. you will see its value.
