Where is Support i have toooo many problem

i have too many problem you even not answer me
look at my posts
i paying to this components to work fine with my website
i can download nulled version and install on my website done
but there problem with this script
1- i have problem with playlist is not working in popup window
2- how i can protect music link in player from IDM (internet Download manger) like download link not give dreict link to player
3- featured albums module not showing in RTL

plz help me or give me my money back
i think it is 2 weeks i am still waiting your answer

    SOOOORRY. internet connection very limited (just for one more week, then I'll be back home!)

    1 - please post a link to your site where the problem happens.
    2 - you cannot with Music Collection, that is not a MC feature. is not a "problem", it's just not a Music Collection feature!! :) you would need custom work for that...!
    3 - I told you we would work on this ASAP, but this requires maybe an update of the module which is not ready yet. you'll have to wait a bit more for this.

    1 - the popup doesn't work.. I think its because you modified the module manually... on the normal page, it is loading a pre-defined playlist (which is NOT an included feature...) so probably you forget to do something on the popup!! do you know what I'm saying? it looks an error caused by your modifications! ... :) did you modify that module?

    but did you modify the module?

    let me investigate a little more.

    please, have in mind that I'm still away from a good internet connection. within 6 days I will be back home with my 50 MBPS fiber optics connection and I will be able to help you more efficiently :)
