Hi there,
I translated MC to Turkish according to the file at Downloads section. So its only for front-end. Anyone who wants to modify it, should save it as UTF-8 before uploading to their site. This ZIP file also includes Turkish language files for Featured Artists and Recently Added Artists modules. It works well with my site. I hope it would be useful for someone else too.
