Text editor on Add album front end

In my Add album frontend page, the text editor for the Review text is not showing buttons (I'm using JCE) options.

    I believe that in JCe you can set the buttons on the editor component manager.. all that Music Collection does is to print out the editor, it does not change any of its parameters..

    In JCE Editor Profile, I publish Front End Profile and ticked 'registered' on User Group.
