    you have to understand that the access to restricted files is only for validated accounts...! if you are working for somebody else, then this individual should give you the access data to access all the downloads and support...! that's how it works...!

    You have to understand that me or the system have no way to validate you without this data! all we see is the account ecsantana registered yesterday and nothing more...
