I am getting this common error Task Queue failed at step 5 in the player and pop out player. I have already edited the helper.php file to remove the jroute... as you instructed someone else. but still have problem. Please help I have been all over the forum already. The player does work in mozilla now though. I have limited knowledge and nonfunctional site.

0Yes I sent to joomlamusicsolutions@gmail.com The error still shows for me at the link http://theuncutnation.com/uncut-mixtape/a/78-airplane-mode/98-airplane-mode-flight-36.html. the code it gives is Task Queue failed at step 5: Playlist could not be loaded: HTTP Status 500; Internal Server Error. not sure why you are not seeing it but I see it from multiple computers and my hosting company saw it too. If you Got to the mixtape page and click on any album it will do it. It works fine from home page and some other pages. It may work some times, it is creating this problem for me in internet explorer and mozilla. Please, this problem is driving me crazy. -

0could the problem be that you are using HTML5 player instead of flash? FIrefox cannot play mp3 files with HTML5 player (it's a firefox limitation)
can you make a screenshot of the error? is this suposed to appear on the module? I can't see the module..
it looks like you hidded the module, that's why I could not find it! there is only the SHOW TRACKS ADDED TO PLAYLIST but the player does not show up here, you have to click on it. ok.
so, please, can you make a SCREENSHOT to see where you are getting the message? -
