Dear Support,

I am wondering because your demo Albums like below one have song player and some buttons for each song (such as: play, add to current play list,…)
http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/en/music-collection-demo/r/the-rolling-stones/exile-on-main-st-2.html

But my albums page have none of them for example:

We highly need this option and I appreciate your help in advance.

Best Regards
Amir

I see all of them on your page, other than the video one. There is the play button, the add to playlist, and the download button. Only one you don't have is the add video to playlist, which I am guessing only shows up if you are using a video instead of just an mp3.

if you have selected the option "HTML5" player in Firefox, I suggest you go back to the Flash option (in the jwplayer plugin parameters), because Firefox doesn't support MP3 in HTML5 mode...

I don't understand.. it works just fine in my firefox, everything plays fine.
maybe it's a problem in your installation? are you using latest firefox version? can you try with a different computer?

    Dear Germi,

Finally I found that Adobe Flash was not activated on my FF.
    So please accept my apologize.

Would you please let me know your recommendation about using HTML5 or Flash mode on Chrome, IE and Safari.

    Thanks

oh my God.. ;) so taht was it!! ;) I knew there had to be an easy explanation!! ;)

about HTML5: don't use it on firefox or IE.

safari and Chrome are OK. I prefer flash, but it's up to you.
