well, theoricaly, yes, it will take longer... but honestly, no human will appreciate the difference i you dont increase the size A LOT

I mean: now it's 40px. if you change it to 100px, I dont think you will notice a thing. fi you change it to 400px... that's another thing. but in any case, the difference wont be big anyway... internet these days is fast!!!

I wouldn't worry about it, unless you have to load 200 images per page at 400px each image...

I am still struggling to increase the size of the pictures.....Here is my settings and no matter what I change, they never change the size of the picture.

I cannot seem to add images??

Now, it is showing the images bigger........but this does not happen all the time......it only seems to do this randomly...

I just checked it again and now it is back to small...........Am I going boingers ??????

you are doing nothing wrong, I just think there's some kind of cache that is showing the images at the size you had before, 40. tr to clean the whole cache of your site and/or SEF.
