Installation Issue....

Hi all,

I am sorry to post this kind of message but I have questions, I know, I'm a noob:
1) I bought the Music Collection standart 1.5. Does the Music Collection standart edition 1.5 (39$) is supported by Joomla 2.5
2) I don't manage to configure the module because there is always the Red message : ALERT! You have to SAVE the PARAMETERS before continuing to set up basic configuration. Refresh this page when you are done
Which parameter do I have to save????
3) When I tried to set up new album, the cover image cannot be uploaded due to this error: Call to undefined function imagecreatefromjpeg() in /home/egarzia/public_html/administrator/components/com_muscol/tables/album.php

All of this issues are related?
If I have to update the version of module, I will do so....

    hello!

    1) no...!!! if you want to be compatible with Joomla 2.5, you need to buy the package for Joomla 2.5... you have the package for Joomla 1.5! do you know what i mean?

    2) that's because you installed the 1.5 package on Joomla 2.5. it won't work.

    every error you are getting is due to this...! :S do you know what I mean?

    How can I pay for the difference (39$ to 69$)???

    well if you payed 30 EUR then it did not charge the VAT
    if you payed 35,4 EUR then it did charge the VAT

    nevermind, it's not a big deal. if you need me to send you an invoice for the 5,4EUR tax for your personal finance, just let me know.

    well this means that you don't have a GD library installed and enabled in your PHP server... (hadn't seen that before!)

    well what you could do in this case is open this file (album.php) and simply erase the line 166

    well you definitely have access to your FTP files... so just change this line of code, 166.. do you know what I mean?

    At 166, the line is:
    $img = imagecreatefromjpeg(JPATH_SITE . "/images/albums/".$filename);

    I tried to put it in comment but...

    yes is normal.. hadn't thought of that.

    it's really strange that this function does not exist on your server. is there any chance you can ask the admins to activate it?

    this is enabled in all the servers I have seen...!

    I come back to you to give you a feedback on the new installation I did on an other Host.... It's working well and really please to use you module...
    If you want to see the result, you can run the following URL http://www.francemusette.fr/index.php/discographie and give me a feedback (some issue are visible due to template...)
    I have also a request: could it be possible to add a like to each song so that to be possible to download the score in pdf? Do you have already this function available ???
