insert the picture automatically with ID3 system?

How I can do that I recognize and insert the picture automatically with ID3 system?
The only way is manually one by one?
Just to put it in the folder does not work.

    if the picture is tagged in the ID3 tags of the file (not the folder), the system will recognise it and import it.
