Importing AAC/m4 Files

0
Trying to build a collection with both MP3 Files and also AAC Files stored with the m4a extension
Music Collection detects the files (with ID3 Tags) in MP3 Format, but ignores the AAC Files
What am I doing wrong, as your docs say AAC FIles should work too ..

    hello!

you mean the files don't appear when doing the scan? or they appear, but they are not imported? (yes, AAC files are supported)

They do simply not appear when scanning a folder ...
I tried a folder with AAC only files and one with mixed MP3's and AAC's ..Only MP3's are shown.

the extension of the files is .m4a ?

these are the files that will show by default:

    'mp3', 'mp4', 'flv', 'mpg', 'aac', 'm4r', 'wmv', 'm4a', 'MP3', 'MP4', 'FLV', 'MPG', 'AAC', 'M4R', 'WMV', 'M4A'

are your files in that list?

Sorry, my mistake ... I tested with .m4p files (protected ones)
