yes...! were you using JomComment? if you had this option ON, but you have NOT jomcomment installed in your site... it won't work, of course!!

turn OFF JomComments if you don't have it in your site!

That did the trick, i switch to the Music Collection built in comment engine instead of jomcomment, Thanks for your help
