1. The # button in letter menu not displaying and artists in list even through there is artists.
2. Album upload not showing any albums in music profile or in list after uploading them (it shows no albums or music)

for the letter search bar have you tried changing the display mode from back end? component>Options(Parameters)>Letter bar type

have you followed the instructions on installation documents? short_open_tags for example needs to be turned on in php.ini

All the other letters in the letter bar work just not this one.

I'm also getting this error message - magic_quotes_gpc is enabled, getID3 will not run.

I have gone through your documentation and it's none of these issues stated in there, Germi has done work in there before and has all the details, please email me back if you require the details

What is happening is when you upload or create a new album, after you go through the process of creating a new album/songs etc, it says you have created it but it doesn't create the album, it doesn't show that you have any albums in your music profile even through you have just created one.

And the letter bar type is set to new

for the error you are getting << magic_quotes_gpc is enabled <<
ask your hosting support to enable it to you , i am assuming you're using Joomla 3
