Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone can help me, I haven't been able to reach support though I've tried for about a week now. Is there any reason why when I'm logged into my site front-end I cannot get the player to appear on the page and in it's place reads the error message "Task Queue Failed at Step 5:Playlist...", however when I'm logged out as a guest it appears and plays perfectly? I would like for the guest action where it performs perfectly to be the default for the registered users as well, as I'm considering not even offering the playlist feature for my users at all. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Thank you, I see you were able to help me out with my problem later on in the day. May I ask what I was doing wrong and if any of the files had to be hardcoded or otherwise changed and if so, which ones? Thanks again!

I have discovered the cause of the conflict due to our exchanges, it is a new plugin that was just installed. Sorry for the trouble. Thanks again.
