download error 500

hi, I have a problem about my song dowload. when I clic on the music icon for download, it replies me a error 500. I wonder if there is the configurations that I have missed ?

    hello!

    I see what you mean. it seems this could be related to SEF configuration on your site.
    can you try turning off the "add extension" to the URL option on joomla SEF configuration?

    Yes I use the sef provided by joomla itself in global configuration. You mean I set 'no' for "Add suffix to URLs" ?
