Do I need to ask for a refund?

I have posted asking for help last Thursday and have had no response at all.

I have recommended a purchase of this software for a client as it looks a very robust and capable system. And needs to be easy for them to add new songs once configured.

I configure many components of varying degrees of complexity for my clients on a regular basis very successfully but I seem to have hit a problem almost immediately with this component. I am reasonably sure that all is configured correctly.
I see that other posts are being responded to, but for some reason this one has been overlooked.

Please can you help, or offer some advice/direction as to why I am experiencing this problem.
