I hope this is not a redundant post.
I can't get songs to play on the site. The album displays, the songs display, but when clicking on them I just get another strange screen. Been checking everything and it looks ok on the backend. I could not upload songs via the joomla ftp so used a direct path to the files in the joomla/song folder. I have keith player and dew active with dew in the first position.
What am I missing? The website is www.texasholdemradio.com. I'm planning to turn this into a huge archive of HoldemRadio podcasts....
Can you point me in the right direction?
Wade

0put Keithplayer in the first position. Dewplayer seems to not be working properly all the time.
you have added the songs (files) into each "song item" on MC backend, right? (I mean, you have to create the song first, and the enter the song form to add the file to the song...)
there are hundreds of posts on the forum about this  (creating songs properly and adding the files to them). just use our forum search facility!

0Hey Germi,
I've been digging around here for the past couple of hours trying to get this issue fixed. I have the players displaying, the songs are showing, the file paths are correct and still can't get the player to work. It is set for guests....
Tested the file links by loading the Url into media player and the mp3 played fine.
Any ideas? The link to the site is http://texasholdemradio.com/joomla/index.php?option=com_muscol&view=album&Itemid=61 if you would please take a look at it...
Thanks! -

0look at the file it is trying to play:
/songs/songs/http://www.texasholdemradio.com/songs/as112907.mp3
notice that ugly and worng double "/songs" at the beginning... :S
what did you write on "songs server" parameter on keihtplayer? did you even read what i says...? is says LEAVE EMPTY!!!!!!
JUST write /songs on MC "song path" parameter, THATS ALL.
DO NOT CHANGE anything else!
