I am trying to install Music Collection with the instructions provided in Support Articles. My site is hosted by Cloudacess.net.
I tried to install using Extension Manager's "Upload Package File." However I am not able to get through the following instructions:

Go to the administrator area of your site, and install the component using the Joomla! installer. The installation process will create some folders for you. You can manually check they are created succesfully:
images
albums
thumbs_40
thumbs_115
artists
album_extra
album_name
artist_name
formats
tags
songs
Copy the file "cd.png", located in /components/com_muscol/ to the "formats" folder that has just been created in the "images" directory
Go to Music Collection administor area and click on "Config" icon (top right corner) to set up basic configuration for the component. Be sure to do that before you start working with Music Collection
Install and enable the plugin JWPLAYER. It's called plg_jwplayer_XXX_1.6.zip
Install and enable the System Plugin. It's called plg_muscol_XXX_1.6.zip

I do not know how to find these folders.
I've already sought help from my host's tech support team. I'm being told that the referenced folders have not been created and they are bumping me back to you for support. Can you help please?
