Hi Germinal Camps,
On my Joomla 3.1.1 website, I've installed MC 2.4.1 which came with JW player 5.7.1896.
I'm able to add videos and to play them.
However when I click the '+' to add a video to the current playlist, nothing happens. It just keeps quiet.
When I click the next button for 'Download this song', the system returns a 'Page not found - 404 Error'.
The link to the problem page is:
http://www.kepidi.com/index.php/index.php?searchword=&artist_id=&genre_id=&tag_id=&option=com_muscol&search=songs&view=search&Itemid=1168
Kindly assist in resolving the problem.
James

0the problem seems to come from the fact that MooTools is not loaded into the page.
do you know why? did you manually disabled it?-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agoI can check everything to make sure it's correctly enabled, but I would need Joomla and FTP access to the site. You can send it to support@ joomlathat.com if you want.

0I do believe I have. I've also added the sub folder path to the system plugin as recommended in some of your other threads on this issue. Bottom line is that when I push the add to playlist button, nothing happens. I'm guessing it may well be a Mootools related issue. When going to my extension manager, there is not a single reference to mootools whatsoever.
At what point should it have been installled?-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agocan you send a link to the site? this way I can check it out.
