Bug- Artist name with hyphen

Just reporting a bug. If a artist name contains a hyphen, the name will not display on featured artist module using the profile style. This might have something to do with UTF-8 vs UTF-8_unicode

    i also noticed this.. it also does not show up in searches. for example.. i have an artist name "J-TOWN"..when i search his name he does not come up.. but when i search "J TOWN".. he shows up.
