    just look on your templates/rt_akiraka_j15/css/template.css
    file
on line 425 you have the property "text-align:left;"

thats all.. change it to center or right or whatever you want

it has nothing to do with MC...

the main problem is that you changed the

    ul.inicials li

tag on letter.css file, line 34. the width is set to 10px; but in the file distributed I think the original value was 19px...

then you just have to delete some properties of your template.css file like the property on line 61 wich is giving you extra margin

    on letter.css:

line 20: set width to 620px (now its 645)
line 30:set widht to 22px (now its set in 23)

I think that should be enough for you

you can follow this small tutorial, but use cyrillic instead of arabic characters

    you need some PHP knowledge

    it will be always left...

you can add margin left to make it look centered... thats all you can do

it wont. I mean, this is CSS, you can improve the CSS files yourself to make it look better in your page... (I cannot know how much space will have everybody to show the letter bar, so I have to make it as generic as possible so everyone can adapt it to hes needs adjusting the css files...)
