I moved my live site over to hostgator as well after I saw how painfully slow it took for the godaddy hosting to even acknowledge a page load. Godaddy was about 10 to 50 seconds per page, while hostgator is constantly around 2 to 6 secs per page, much better =)

An option for the file upload is to log into your hostgator cpanel and you can customize the php.ini. You can lower it in there if you want to make the php upload changes universal.

Interesting you mentioned yoothemes. All my themes I have used lately have been from them. Most components work flawlessly with them, but MC here seems to always have conflicts with how they build the jquery support into the warp framework. Even my modules that are mootools or jquery based seem to load without problems. For what ever reason, I typically run into problems with MC with yoothemes, especially when using the MC jw player module or the featured / random albums with carousel mode turned on. Hopefully this is something that germi can help resolve to make his component more compatible with commercial grade templates.

Also one thing to note with the latest yoothemes templates that use the warp toolkit, make sure you disable the warp tools video/audio player. I find it extremely annoying as it likes to load a black box over most modules that have a video player, including this one.

yes the problem you are experiencing with Yoothemes is JQuery (in the case of the random album module). can you post a link to your site?

3) hmmm the sef thing should work... could you give me FTP details so I can take a look and fix anything if necessary? do you say that the SEF was working before with sh404SEF?
